The Kayana

The Kayana Seminyak open its door to guests at the end of March 2007, The Kayana is a luxurious collection of private pool villas providing a new level of comfort and sophistication in Bali’s fashionable Seminyak district.

Ideally located in Seminyak and 15 kilometres from Bali’s International Airport. The Kayana is just a short walk to some of Bali’s famous restaurants, bars and boutiques. A shuttle service is provided for guest convenience between the resort and Legian and Seminyak areas.

The Kayana is part of the Royal Collection, an Indonesian – owned luxury resorts and boutique property company.

Villas descriptions:

All 24 luxurious villas, each with individual private pools and an outdoor living area.

Designed in the modern Balinese style, the spacious and well-appointed villas feature clean geometric designs with a combination of contemporary and traditional features. A total of 12 Deluxe villas feature a hot water plunge pool and 11 pool villas offer a large swimming pool with direct access.

A two bedroom villa provides additional space with a large pool and living area. All villas are equipped with audio centres and wide screen plasma TVs.

• Two room nights will be charged for no show or cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival
• Entire room nights reserved will be charged for no show and early check out
